Agreement

These terms apply when you use orbitcoretech.com or buy an Orbit product or service from Orbitcore Private Limited. A signed proposal or order form takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

Subscriptions

Product subscriptions run for the period you pay for (monthly or yearly) and renew only if you pay for the next period.

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use our products to break the law, send spam, or try to access data that is not yours.

Your data

You own the data you put into Orbit products. You can export it while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
