Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@orbitcoretech.com. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a product and we will refund it in full.
Renewals, setup and onboarding fees, and services already delivered are not refundable.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days through Razorpay.
Project and service work
Custom projects and managed services follow the payment and cancellation terms in your signed proposal.
