What we collect
Details you give us through forms, email, WhatsApp or calls: name, company, email, phone number and your message.
Account and usage data when you use an Orbit product, needed to provide the service.
Payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, provide and support our products and services, send invoices and meet legal obligations such as GST.
We do not sell personal data.
Customer data in our products
Data that our customers store in Orbit products belongs to them. We process it only to provide the service, under our agreement with the customer and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Storage and security
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers, with access controls, encryption in transit and backups.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to hello@orbitcoretech.com. We respond within 30 days.
